Emma Fitzpatrick works as a visual artist and designer and lives in Leicester, UK. Her work draws influence from city architecture, landscape and people. Her streetscapes capture moments in time, acknowledging the intricate web of a city’s history which is influenced by the architecture, people, passing time and the environment.
She uses a variety of media including etching, lithography, ink, watercolour, charcoal and pastel. She has exhibited in the East Midlands, Society of Women Artists Annual Exhibition, RBSA Prize exhibition, Derby Print Open and more recently in the RHA in Dublin.
She is a member of Leicester Print Workshop, Leicester Society of Artists, Leicester Sketch Club, and founder of the Urban Sketchers Leicester group.
